PM Inspections
AET will conduct a complete preventive
maintenance inspection of your extruder complex. The inspection will include,
but not limited to, the gear box, barrel, feed screw, feed section, base,
heaters, wiring and guards to the air or water cooling systems, all pumps,
motors and heat exchangers, electrical control panels, instrumentation
and safety devices (electrical interlocks and mechanical devices). Then
a completed checklist report, with the findings, will be presented, discussed
and a course of action determined (if required).
